Fellowship Today Newsmagazine, an African American Health, Education, Religion, News Newsmagazine founded July 12, 2005 by Rev. H. Roger Mills, Jr., with the purpose of improving and establishing communication throughout Morristown/Hamblen County, TN., and Northeast Tennessee.
The first issues of Fellowship Today were distributed in Hamblen, Jefferson and Greene Counties of East Tennessee, within 2 months the newsmagazine was being distributed throughout the state of Tennessee and within a year four states. Today Fellowship Today circulation area covers 11 states and still growing.
With this rapid growth, Rev. Mills contacted some of his colleagues and friends to help him improve the contents and distribution. After a few meetings, the group decided to form a board of directors to oversee Fellowship Today, thus the birth of AHERN, Inc.® (Health, Education, Religion, News) Inc., an African American Communication Ministry.
Even though Rev. Mills founded both Fellowship Today and AHERN, Inc.® he decline the position of chairman of the board of directors for AHERN, Inc.® because of personal reasons, however, at the encouragement of the group he will hold the title of vice-chairman for the duration of the organization.

AHERN, Inc.®, was founded July 1, 2006 by Rev. H. Roger Mills, Jr., a year after the first circulation of Fellowship Today Newsmagazine in the Lakeway area. With subscriptions increasing daily through out North East Tennessee and other states, Rev. Mills began to see a dream come true for an informative communication ministry to inform African Americans about issues and concerns, thus the birth of AHERN, Inc.®
AHERN, Inc.®, is a four fold African American communication ministry of Health, Education, Religion and News.
AHERN, Inc.®, endeavors to reach outside of one community to touch other communities. To seek, promote and seve as a ministry of communication for the local area, district, statewide and mulit-states communities.
